Professor Nerger earned her J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007, where she was an editor of Tulsa Law Review and was honored with the Order of the Curule Chair.  Prior to entering academia, Professor Nerger practiced in the areas of employment litigation, complex business litigation, and general litigation.  Her practice was primarily focused on legal research and brief writing.
