Symplicity CSM

The University of Tulsa College of Law utilizes Symplicity Career Service Manager (CSM), a web based software system for our online job postings, employer and student profile review, resume collection, on-campus interview program management and graduate reporting. Each organization who utilizes Symplicity has a unique link and login information. If you have previously used other Symplicity sites, you will still need to register with our Symplicity site.

To access the TU Law Symplicity site for employers, use:

To register on Symplicity:

  1. Click on register
  2. Complete the Employer Profile information
  3. Click Submit
  4. Your information will be reviewed, an account activated for you. An email notification will be sent to you within two     business days of your registration.
  5. Upon receipt of this email, return to Symplicity and login using the full email address and the password sent to you


If you have previously placed a job listing with TU Law, you will have an existing employer account. Please use the Forgot Password option and your full email username.

  1. If the system recognizes your username, a new password will be auto-generated and emailed to you immediately.
  2. If the system does not recognize your username, you must register on Symplicity

To post a job listing:

  1. Add a job posting by going to the "Home" tab
  2. Select "Create Job Posting" from the Shortcut menu
  3. Complete the job listing form and click "Submit"
  4. Our office will then review the job listing and approve it for posting.

To request an OCI interview schedule date:

  1. To request an OCI Interview date, going to the "Home" tab
  2. Select "Submit Schedule Request" from the Shortcut menu
  3. Complete the schedule request form and click "Submit"
  4. Our office will then review the interview date schedule request and approve it for OCI submission.
  5. You will receive an OCI schedule date request confirmation email upon approval.
