Meet the Staff
Caroline L. Fox, M.S.
Assistant Dean & Instructor in Business
Business Career Center
Caroline Fox joined The University of Tulsa Collins College of Business staff in September 2008. She is a 1999 graduate of Kansas State University earning a master’s in higher education with a concentration in counseling. Caroline has worked in higher education for over 16 years and brings a variety of experiences ranging from academic advising, career counseling, career placement and teaching. In addition to her experience in education, she has three years experience in the banking industry. Her honors include, MBA Student of the Year nominee – Kansas State University 1997; “Rookie of Year” award, Kansas Association of Colleges and Employers – Washburn University 1999; and Pilot Award nominee, Professor of the Year – Fort Hays State University 2008 and Mayo Teaching Excellence Award nominee - The University of Tulsa 2012. Dean Fox manages the Business Career Center office, educates business undergraduate students, graduate students and alumni toward their career goals in addition to recruiting and coordinating events with business employers.
Tawny R. Crone
Program Coordinator for the Business Career Center
Tawny joined the Collins College of Business in March 2013, and has been working at The University of Tulsa since October 2011. She has worked in the finance and insurance industry for over 25 years and is thrilled to share some of her knowledge and experience with the students in the Business Career Center alongside Assistant Dean, Caroline Fox. Tawny and her husband have lived in the Tulsa area since 1990 and have one teenaged daughter. Some of her hobbies include cycling, reading, singing in the church choir, fishing and camping with her family and their two dogs. As Program Coordinator, she will be planning the many workshops and events that the department provides for the business students.
Hailee Cocanougher
Graduate Assistant for the Business Career Center
Hailee is a Master of Business Administration student at The University of Tulsa. She is a 2011 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and played with the Pride of Oklahoma marching band her four years at OU. Hailee’s interests include playing the saxophone, movies, and watching OU sports. As the Business Career Center graduate assistant, Hailee advises undergraduate students and helps coordinate workshops and events sponsored by the center.
