Registration is available March 28 with a registration deadline of May 7, 2013.   Please go to the registration link.

Fees

Program sessions, materials and luncheons are included:
Individual: $220 per person - both days; $130 per person - one day only
Group (corporate/company only): 10 or more participants - $180 per person. There is no group rate for one-day registrations.

Full payment by check or credit card, is due in advance of the conference.  We cannot accept purchase orders.  Make checks payable to TU Conference of Accountants.  No refunds after May 7 but substitutions may be made.

Continuing Professional Education (NASBA Registered)

The conference is designed to enhance the professional development of those attending.  There are no prerequisites or advance preparation required for any session.  Unless otherwise stated, each session will be an overview lecture followed by a brief question-and-answer period.  Sessions are tailored to meet the CPE guidelines of certification and/or licensing agencies and organizations as nearly as possible.  Authority for granting CPE credits is, however, reserved solely to the licensing agencies and organizations.  Documentation of attendance at the conference sessions will be sent to participants.  Attendance documentation will be confirmed to the respective licensing agencies and organizations upon request.  CPE credit-hour recommendation will be made on the basis of each 50 minutes equaling 1 credit hour.  There are a total of 14 possible credit hours for attending the entire conference.  Application for CPE credits are the responsibility of the individual.

Tax Deduction

Treasury Regulation 1.162-5 permits an income tax deduction for continuing education expenses (including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging) if undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills.

Time and Place

Tuesday, May 14, registration begins at 7:45am with sessions starting at 9:00am and ending at 5:00pm.  On Wednesday, May 15, the registration table will be open at 8:00am, and sessions will begin at 8:30am and end at 4:45pm.  Except for lunches, all sessions meet in the Lorton Performance Center.  Luncheons are held in the Great Hall, Allen Chapman Activity Center on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Contact Jennie Dugger at jennie-dugger@utulsa.edu if you need information on hotels.
