Legal obstacles that family business owners face, ranging from acquiring licenses and permits, leasing property, selection and working with attorneys, patenting a product, dealing with credit and collections, and similar issues, as they apply specifically to family businesspeople and entrepreneurs. Prerequisites: BL 2013, Mgt 3003 and junior standing.
