Jeff Paul

Jeff Paul is an assistant professor of management at The University of Tulsa.  He also teaches in the Master of Energy Business program in the Collins College of Business at TU.  Jeff's work has appeared in academic journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, as well as in other outlets.  He is a member of the Academy of Management, Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology, and Southern Management Association.  Prior to completing his Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University, Dr. Paul worked in industry for over 10 years, specifically in call center management and sport business.
