Anthony Rackley
Anthony W. Rackley
Adjunct Professor of Accounting
Mr. Rackley, now retired, was the executive director of tax planning and controversies for Williams, where he directed all income tax planning, audit and other tax controversy activity.
He is the current board of directors representative and past president of the Oklahoma chapter of the Tax Executive Institute. He is also a member of the institute’s Administrative Affairs Committee and is that committee’s designated liaison with the IRS LMSB Natural Resources Group.
