Additional Resources

Although funding opportunities are abundant, the path to financing a graduate degree is not easy.  There are a number of financial resources available to students of every nationality, in a variety of forms.  We strongly recommend you research several avenues for funding your degree.  The following information will get you started!

Understanding the various costs associated with your graduate degree is an important component of making your financial plan.  A summary of anticipated tuition and living expenses for the academic year can be found by visiting the Graduate School online.

Students can work with the busines office to establish finance-free tuition payment plans.  The business office must be contacted at the beginning of each term in order to set up a plan.  Visit the Office of Student Financial Services for more information.

Federal and private education loans are available for graduate students.  TU's Office of Student Financial Services has a full-time graduate student advisor available to answer questions and make sure you understand your opportunities.  Contact Kristi Emerson at or visit the Office of Student Financial Services for more information.

Company Tuition Reimbursement

If you plan to work while earning your graduate degree, consult with your employer about paying for your degree.  Many employers offer tuition reimbursement programs.  If your employer does not, consult with your management to discuss options.  Many students have received funding from their employers even though it is not included in their regular benefits package.  Tuition deferment plans are available for students with this benefit.
