Two TU students will submit articles for The Key Reporter

The academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa has selected University of Tulsa senior J. Christopher Proctor and junior Forrest Farjadian as writing interns for the spring 2014 semester.

Proctor, a triple major in political science, history and economics, and Farjadian, a double major in political science and Spanish, each will write at least six articles for the online version of The Key Reporter, the honor society’s online source for student and alumni news.

Farjadian will face a few challenges in researching and writing his articles; he plans to study abroad at the University of Havana in Cuba this spring where online resources are not always available. “I’ll have limited access to Google, but it’s an opportunity to write about academic life outside of the hyperconnected, cacophonous United States,” he said.
