The Henry Kendall College of Arts and Sciences Academic Technology Services offers support to faculty and staff in their use of technology in the classroom, their research and offices.
Faculty and staff who have technology questions/requests can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or if you are on campus or your computer is connected remotely by VPN then you should access the HELP Page. Within the request, please include contact information (email, phone, office), location, description of the request, etc. The more information that is included, the easier it is to organize and otherwise begin the troubleshooting or completion of the ticket. All updates and resolutions to the trouble tickets are communicated through email.
Once a request has been submitted you can check the active ticket status.
