Ronda Marfechuk
Ronda Marfechuk
Ronda Marfechuk is an instructor in the Department of Communication Disorders. She has been a speech-language pathologist for over fifteen years, providing services to clients in the public school, home based and clinic settings. She has a special interest in treating children with augmentative alternative communication needs and currently holds a certificate as an Assistive Technology Professional from the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America. She has extensive training in treating children with autism, sensory integration disorders, and other developmental challenges. She has attended multiple conferences and workshops regarding treatment options such as, the Developmental, Individual Differences, Relationship-Based Approach (DIR).
