The University of Tulsa welcomes poet Nathaniel Mackey, winner of the 2006 National Book Award, to Tulsa on Tuesday, November 6, at 7 p.m. Mackey will read from his verse that engages the history of jazz, African spirituality, and the struggle of living together in the modern world. Brought to you by the J. Donald Feagin Endowment, the reading will take place in the Ann and Jack Graves Faculty Study of TU's McFarlin Library and is free and open to the public.
