Free and Open to the Public

The Texas Regional meeting of the Society for the Study of American Women Writers will on Saturday, February 19, 2011. This is an informal one-day meeting that usually focuses on a single primary text by an American woman writer. Our selection for this meeting is the letters of Mercy Otis Warren. We have invited one of the co-editors of this volume, Jeffrey Richards of Old Dominion University, to talk about Warren and about the work of editing her letters. The talk and discussion will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Faculty Study in McFarlin Library on Saturday, February 19, 2011.
