Jeremy Kuzmarov has been named a top young historian by the History News Network out of George Mason University.

George Mason University's History News Network has named Jeremy Kuzmarov as a Top Young Historian for his outstanding contributions to the discipline in his area of research:  Modern American history, U.S. foreign relations history, American empire, America and the world, American covert operations, war and society, American criminal justice system and its internationalization, U.S. War on Drugs, International police training programs.

Editor, Ms. Bonnie K. Goodman states that all profiled historians are nominated and undergo a review process before being selected, and each historian listed has made contributions to the discipline in their area of research.  Dr. Kuzmarov's commitment and achievement to scholarship and teaching were taken into consideration, as well as his academic expertise.
