Nicholas Carnes, Assistant Professor of Public Policy, Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University, will present two lectures for The Distinguished Alumni Lectureship in Law and Politics.

Dr. Carnes is 2006 Graduate of The University of Tulsa, and received his Ph.D., 2011 in Politics and Social Policy at Princeton University.
