Music Audition Request Form

Students seeking admission to degree programs in the School of Music should plan to audition on one of these official audition dates. Please complete the Audition Request Form above to schedule an audition. You can e-mail us at musicauditions@utulsa.edu or call 918-631-2262 with questions. Students wishing to be considered for music financial awards must file a current FAFSA, and should preferably have the FAFSA filed at the time of the audition.

The audition committee is made up of faculty members in the student’s area of performance. Each audition concludes with an informal interview that gives the student an opportunity to meet the faculty and discuss with them their interests and goals. This audition is also used to assign music scholarships to new students. Students are strongly encouraged to audition in person. However, with the approval of the School of Music, students who are unable to audition in person may submit a videotaped audition.
