TU Jazz Band Highlights 2008-2009

During 08-09 school year, the TU Jazz  Band gave multiple performances at the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame; was selected for an Honor Band performance at the Oklahoma Music Educators Association Annual Conference; performed new music with saxophonist Tim Ries and composer/pianist Matt Harris; earned superior ratings at the Wichita Jazz Festival; and gave a terrific final concert with world-renown jazz pianist,  Eldar.
