Born and raised in California, Terrie Shipley met her husband in college in upstate New York and, after living in Spain and China, she wound up nesting in good ol’ Tulsa, Oklahoma! She knows a thing or two about adjusting to new experiences and is happy to help students in the Henry Kendall College of Arts & Sciences with their own transitions to college life. As an academic advisor and retention specialist, she helps students plan their degrees, enroll in classes, and otherwise ensure their academic success at TU. Her door is always open.
