Monday, August 19
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Freshman Move-In
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Orientation Registration at Reynolds Center
2:22 pm. - Meet your Orientation Leader at assigned section in Reynolds Center
2:30 p.m. - Oh, the Places You'll Go! at Reynolds Center
3 p.m. - Student Small Group Meetings
4:15 p.m. - Class of 2017 photo at Reynolds Center
3 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Parent and Family Orientation at Reynolds
5 p.m. to 6 p.m. - Matriculation Ceremony at Reynolds
6 p.m. to 8 p.m. - President’s Dinner for New Students and Families

Tuesday, August 20
9:30 a.m. - Load Buses and Depart for Dry Gulch USA
10:30 a.m. to 9p.m - Outdoor or Indoor Activities/Meals/OL Entertainment Hour/ First Year Experience (FYE) Class
9 p.m. to 11 p.m. - Student Association Dance Party, Sand Volleyball, Games, and More

Wednesday, August 21
8:00 a.m. to 3:00pm - Meals /Group Meeting/ Indoor and Outdoor Activities
3:30 p.m. - Load buses from trips to return to campus
5:00 p.m. - Arrive back at campus
5:00 p.m. - Dinner
7:00 p.m. - Athletics Rally/Taste of Tulsa

Thursday, August 22
8 a.m. to 9 a.m. - Breakfast
9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Community Service Project and Assessment
12:30 p.m. to 1:30pm - Lunch
2 p.m. to 5 p.m. -Information Sessions
5 p.m. to 7p.m - Dinner
7:30 p.m.to 10 p.m. - Playfair/Glow Tour/Campus Scavenger Hunt

Friday, August 23
9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m Financial Aid Sessions
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. International Student Special Info Meetings
