REGISTRATION
Online registration for the Tulsa Time Overnight Program is now CLOSED. Please contact the Office of Admission at 918-631-2307 or 800-331-3050 to speak with an Admission Counselor.
Registration is required and must be received at least one week prior to the program. A $20 registration fee, which includes meals and a t-shirt, may be paid upon arrival at check in. Parents may attend at no cost but must preregister. You will receive a confirmation with additional details upon receipt of your registration. If you have questions about registration or the program, please call the Office of Admission at (918) 631-2307 or 800-331-3050, or send an e-mail to admission@utulsa.edu.
As an added bonus, there will be a chartered bus originating in St. Louis, MO (with a stop in Rolla for those in mid-Missouri) traveling to Tulsa for this program. High school seniors are invited to use this transportation option. Limited space is available and reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. The $60 fee for this option includes transportation as well as the $20 cost of the Tulsa Time event and all meals and snacks during the trip. Indicate your interest in riding the chartered bus by listing "St. Louis Bus Trip" in the comments section of the registration form. You will then be contacted with additional details, including payment information.
Tulsa Time participants are encouraged to apply prior to the program and will be granted an application fee waiver. You may apply online at apply.utulsa.edu.
OVERNIGHT EXPERIENCE
Students have the option of staying with their parents in their hotel or spending the night in one of our campus housing options hosted by a current TU student. If you would like to stay overnight on campus, please indicate that when you register.
* Overnight accommodations cannot be offered to students registering after the deadline.
* Overnighters should bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, and personal items.
* A signed liability waiver emergency form is required and will be mailed with confirmation.
TRANSPORTATION
If you are traveling by plane without your parents, transportation will be provided to and from campus. A University representative will meet you in the baggage claim area upon your arrival. Please call the Admission Office with any travel changes or delays.
* A map will be sent with your confirmation, or may be printed from the website at www.utulsa.edu/campusmap.
* All major hotel chains are an easy commute to campus. When making reservations, request a TU visitor rate.
