Information for Admitted Applicants
So I've been admitted to TU, what now?
Submit your $200 Enrollment Deposit
or mail it to the Office of Admission postmarked on or before May 1st with your Intent to Enroll Form (included with your admission letter) indicating your enrollment preference. This deposit is nonrefundable and will be credited toward your tuition charges for the fall semester. Enrollment information will be mailed from the college advising offices to admitted students beginning in late March. Freshmen who would like to enroll early will have that option during
in mid April. The preferred new student enrollment period is from late April through late May. Students may enroll by individual personal appointments on campus or remotely via email or over the phone with one of the college academic advisors. Individual enrollment appointments can be arranged after the preferred new student enrollment period for those unable to enroll during this time. See the Intent to Enroll Form for specific dates and phone numbers of the college advisors.
FINANCIAL AID AND SCHOLARSHIPS
Academic scholarship recipients will be notified beginning in February. Comprehensive financial aid awards will be mailed in March for students who have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Applicants who are selected for verification should provide the requested documentation promptly to avoid delays in receiving their financial aid package. A housing brochure and rate sheet will be sent to you to assist with the housing and dining selection process. First and second year students who are under 21 are required to live on campus. (This policy does not apply to those who are married or have dependents or to students living with their parent[s] or legal guardian within 20 miles of the TU campus. A notarized exemption form, available at
, must be submitted). Submit your online housing/dining application and nonrefundable $250 deposit (in addition to the $200 enrollment deposit) as soon as you’ve made the decision to attend TU. You may direct your questions to the Office of Housing/Dining at 918-631-2516.
All new students should plan to participate in the advenTUre-based orientation program held the week before fall classes begin. During orientation, you will have time on campus to get settled, learn about campus resources and have some fun! The week-long program includes an off-campus experience with adventure activities and time to relax and form new friendships. Registration information will be sent during the summer months.
