Administrative Support for Stewardship

Duties of the Position: Administrative Support to the Coordinator of Stewardship. This position prepares event collateral including nametags and place cards. This position also maintains files and binders used for and by the event staff. Person may also be asked to assist in the set-up of events. Person must maintain strictly professional attitude and demeanor around the President and his guests.
Skills Required to Perform the Position: Microsoft Word and Excel, typing, organizational, and excellent communication skills.
