Duties of the Position: Customer service both in the ticket office and at athletic events. Duties will include in-person ticket sales, managing incoming phone calls, mailing assembly, and some evening and weekend athletic events. This position will also be required to follow and adhere to Athletic Department, Conference USA and NCAA ticketing procedures.
Skills Required to Perform the Position: Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Customer service experience is required as well as responsibility in money management.
