Duties of the Position: Greeting customers, maintaining professionalism, answering phones and covering the front desk, typing correspondence, selling tutor tickets, running errands and delivering/picking up exams, filing correspondence, using the copy/fax machine, making audio tapes as needed, and additional duties as assigned.
Skills Required to Perform the Position: Promptness at scheduled work times; maintaining confidentiality of office records and business; observation of office etiquette, i.e. proper dress, good manners; timely notification of absences (prior approval for schedule changes); courteous and respectful treatment of everyone who enters CSAS; personal business kept to an absolute minimum, i.e. phone calls, socializing; responsible for learning office protocol and procedures; maintain awareness of office needs.
