Youth Tutor-Mentor

**All volunteers in this program must pass an OSBI background check**

Number of students requested to fill above position: Unlimited

Duties of the Position: Spend one hour a week or more with a child in need of tutoring or mentoring.  Help walk participating children and youth from school to the program site.  Help distribute holiday gifts for students and faculty of local schools.  Attend school conferences as a Spanish language interpreter. 

Location:  712 S. Columbia, College Hill Presbyterian Church

Skills Required to Perform the Position: Spanish language skills are helpful, but not required. 

Recommended Student Classification Level: IV

Beginning and Ending Dates of the Position: August 22, 2011 - May 4, 2012

Hours Per Week: Monday-Friday 2:45 pm - 6:00 pm
