New Genre Festival Assistant

Duties of the Position: This position works closely with the Artistic Director of Living Arts of Tulsa to help organize Tulsa's most contemporary arts festival in March.  You will help set up committee meetings, gather materials from artists for publicity, webmaster communications, call venues to set up schedules, work with artists during the event to transport them to and from the venues and housing, and distribute posters around town.  These are just a part of this very important position to Living Arts. 

Skills Required to Perform the Position: A self-motivated attitude, good communication skills, a creative spirit, and appreciation for contemporary art, and a taste for quality. 

Recommended Student Classification Level: IV

Beginning and Ending Dates of the Position: Throughout school year

Hours Per Week: 10-20
