International Visitor Leadership Program Intern

Duties of the Position: Assist Tulsa Global Alliance staff in preparing itineraries for international visitor delegations coming to Tulsa under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program.  The intern will contact companies and other organizations in Oklahoma to request meetings, contact volunteers to arrange transportation, home hospitality, airport greetings and homestays, and prepare written schedules for visiting delegations.

Skills Required to Perform the Position: Must be able to work well with the public.

Recommended Student Classification Level: IV

Beginning and Ending Dates of the Position: 08/22/11 - 05/04/12

Hours Per Week: Variable, no more than 20 hours per week
