Duties of the Position: Provides quality member service to members, customers and the general public. Maintains member service control, answers the telephone, answers customer questions, conducts public facility tours, and performs various clerical duties. Service as a member of member/program sales, retention, and satisfaction, while exemplifying the "Y" values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
Skills Required to Perform the Position: Self-motivated, communicates effectively in positive manner, fast learner with attention to detail, basic computer and keyboarding skills, multi-task oriented, high degree of accuracy on data entry of information provided. Physically able to sit or stand for long periods of time, patient to deal with high volumes of people, sound judgment for dealing with daily issues, ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs, always cognizant of member and staff safety.
