Online Campus Visit Planner

Interested in scheduling a one-on-one personalized TU campus visit? It's easier than ever with our Online Campus Visit Planner!


The planner is broken down into 3 short steps. You'll be given the opportunity to request a tour of campus, an appointment with a faculty member - even a visit to a class in your area of interest! It only takes a few minutes.

There are three important items to know when using the Online Planner: 

  1. The online planner is designed to plan a single-day visit. It is not designed to plan overnight stays or accommodations on campus. If you would like to arrange an overnight visit, please call the Office of Admission at 1.800.331.3050 or 918.631.2307 to make arrangements.
  2. After submitting the online planner, you will be contacted by an Admission Counselor to confirm your visit. Please wait until your visit has been confirmed before making travel arrangements!
  3. We require at least one week's notice of your visit (please refer to the dates below). That way, we have plenty of time to arrange a terrific visit for you!

If you need to schedule a visit with less than one week's notice, please call the Office of Admission at 1.800.331.3050 to make your arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

During June and July, the University observes the following summer hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 12:00 noon
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Regular hours resume in August (8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday) and during the academic year, the Admission Office is open from 9:30am - 12:30pm on most Saturdays.

We will be happy to accommodate visit requests for prospective undergraduate students during these times.
