Academic Champions
In 2006, five University of Tulsa students won nationally competitive scholarships.
These national scholars found success by taking advantage of TU’s small class sizes,
research opportunities, personalized studies, and the attention of a dedicated faculty.
Since 1995, TU students have won 38 Goldwaters, 8 Trumans, 24 National Science
Foundation graduate fellowships, 6 Department of Defense fellowships, 5 Udall
scholarships, 4 Fulbright scholarships and 4 British Marshall scholarships.
