We offer a series of campus visit events on specific areas of interest, or feel free to schedule a personalized, one-on-one visit at a time that is convenient for you.

To set up a visit, you can use our Online Campus Visit Planner or contact our Campus Visit Coordinator at 1.800.331.3050 for assistance.

Upcoming Campus Visit Events
Jun 8-14 Screenwriting Summer Residential Camp
For High School Sophomores and Juniors

Immerse yourself in the art and craft of screenwriting for an exciting week with Michael Wright, Director of The University of Tulsa's Creative Writing program. After a full week of intensive exploration of the craft, along with stimulating group activities and recreation, you will create your own short screenplay for a public reading. Only applicants currently in their Sophomore or Junior year of high school will be accepted.

This is a residential camp. Days are spent in a workshop setting, with planned evening activities arranged for both recreation and further exploration of film. Participants must stay on campus in a supervised residence hall during the camp; rooms are shared (males and females are housed on separate floors).

The fee for each camp is $750. Housing, meals, materials and recreational activities are included. If you also enroll in the Filmmaking camp (see below), the fee for both camps is $1300.

To request information and registration materials, please e-mail Professor Wright at michael-wright@utulsa.edu or call him at (918) 631-3174.
