STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE

The purpose of this page is to inform you of the student health insurance program that is available for students enrolled at the University of Tulsa.   

Please review your present health insurance plan to determine the adequacy of its coverage.  Many students are no longer eligible for medical insurance under their family plan or are covered by an HMO or managed health care system that does not cover for medical expenses outside of the area network.  The student health insurance offered by the University is a low cost alternative for students who are in need of medical coverage. 

The insurance company for the 2007 - 2008 academic year is Bollinger Insurance.  If a student wishes to continue with the insurance for the new academic year, they must re-enroll with Bollinger.  The policy does not automatically renew.  For more information, visit Bollinger Insurance.  The insurance information has arrived, you may stop by the Health Center and pick up a brochure.  The new plan will begin at midnight, Saturday, August 11th.  Please call Jan at 631-2241 to request the information.
