Alumni Association National Board of Directors Welcomes New Members and Clubs
The National Board of Directors of the TU Alumni Association is proud to welcome new at-large members. In 2008, the Board welcomed Katie Ahrens (BS ’01, MS ’02) of Houston, Greg Gray (BS ’76, JD ’85) of Tulsa and Jim Miller (BS ’66) of Tulsa. Bennett Miller (BA ’90) of Tallahassee was elected in 2009.
TU Names Outstanding Seniors for 2009
The University of Tulsa will honor 10 seniors on October 31st with the Jess Chouteau Outstanding Senior Award. The seniors will be recognized at halftime of the TU/SMU game at Chapman Stadium.
Dr. Dennis Hudson Named Mr. Homecoming 2009
Dennis H. Hudson (MS '79), associate professor of accounting will reign as Mr. Homecoming 2009 during Homecoming weekend October 30-31.
Rock You Like a Hurricane Tour 2009 meets TU Tavern on the Green
Your TU Alumni Association will be there to celebrate as Golden Hurricane football comes off a school-record 11 win season. The Rock You Like a Hurricane Tour continues into 2009 with three away parties, while the new and improved home tent parties will be your official TU Tavern on the Green.

Uncorked wine festival raised a record $47,000 toward an endowed scholarship fund. Check out the photos from the 2009 event.
