Specials
Be sure and take advantage of our “4 for 3” special offer: Any advertiser who contracts for three consecutive issues will receive the same size advertisement FREE in the fourth issue. Other special rates include 15% discounts for full year and 10% discounts for semester contracts.
Notes
- A design fee of 10% will be added to each advertisement that is not ready for publication (minor size & similar changes will not be charged).
- A 5% discount will be given for all advertisements that are paid for in advance.
- A $100 charge will be added to all color advertisements, regardless of processing, unless otherwise specifically noted.
- The Collegian prefers to work only in modular sizing, but if a different ad size is required, please contact our advertising office for column inch pricing and sizes.
- All advertisement placements must include a signed contract provided by The Collegian or an official insertion order.
- All advertisements must be sent in the form of a PDF.
The Collegian publishes 12 issues each semester, for a total of 24 issues per year (see schedule). All issues are published on Tuesday. The deadline for placing an advertisement is the Thursday prior to an issue's publication no later than noon CST. Publication dates are in accordance with the TU academic calendar and are subject to change.
