Eligibility:
Students must be US citizens. Applicants must be registered as a
full time student in an art degree program for the term a grant is
received and may be at the bachelor's, master's, or doctoral level.

Eligibility: Funded by a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates
Foundation, was established in 1999 to provide outstanding African
Americans, American Indian/Alaska Natives, Asian Pacific Islanders

and a graduate education for those students pursuing studies in
