Duties of the
Position: Work
Study will aid the Alumni Relations Associate Director of Special
Constituencies with special projects and marketing to alumni and donors.
Projects will include events such as TU Uncorked, Homecoming, Alumni
Association meetings, and chapter events. Marketing projects will
include coordinating emails and direct mailings to Alumni Association
chapters, and calling alumni to invite them to events. Tasks will
include typing, filing, organization of project timelines, copying,
communication via phone, email and fax, assistance with direct mail
projects, errands (on and off campus) and participation at some events.
Job duties will
vary daily due to the variety of events planned by Alumni Relations.
Flexibility and the ability to work independently are needed.
Minimum Skills:
Microsoft Word and Excel, typing, organizational skills, and excellent
communication abilities.
Preferred
Skills: Graphic
design, web design, HTML, and project management.
