Duties of the Position:   Enforce program policies and regulations, set up equipment, check out equipment, customer service, facility tours, cleaning, know how to use all cardio equipment, know how to operate all games in game room, keep facility counts, answer phones, ID Scanner.  Perform related tasks as assigned.  Responsible and dependable.

Skills Required to Perform the Position:   Computer skills, confrontational skills, customer service, first aid CPR & AED certifications, bloodbourne pathogen training.

Duties of the Position:   Enforce program policies and regulations, set up equipment, check out equipment, customer service, facility tours, cleaning, know how to use all cardio equipment, know how to operate all games in game room, keep facility counts, answer phones, ID Scanner.  Perform related tasks as assigned.  Responsible and dependable.  Supervising 6 employees, taking money for guest passes, deal with unruly patrons, visitors and alumni, set up all audio/visual equipment for all fitness classes, keys to all facility, closing of facility, supervising facility at night alone, supervision of both facility and recreation field, responsible for all emergency situations when the administrative staff is gone-tornado, fire, injury, etc., evaluation of facility staff, minor discipline of facility staff.

Skills Required to Perform the Position:   Computer skills, confrontational skills, customer service, first aid CPR & AED certifications, bloodbourne pathogen training.  Leadership skills, interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, must be very detail-oriented, minimum one year experience at the Collins Center.
