Duties of the
Position:
Answers
telephone, e-mail, and walk-in inquiries from end users on hardware,
software and campus systems. Participate in advanced training
programs on the campus computing environment, campus network, software
and computer hardware diagnosis and repair. Provides desktop support
to campus administrative units and will be assigned work orders for
completion.
Skills Required
to Perform the Position:
Very good
interpersonal skills, strong work ethics and a commitment to quality
customer service. An interest in and willingness to continue
learning computer support and maintenance. Skills with
microcomputer operations and computer maintenance. Skills with
MS windows XP & Vista operating systems. Skills with application
