In order to comply with TU’s Study Abroad Academic Policy and allow you to obtain re-approval for any course changes you wish to take abroad, you must notify the CGE when you take courses that were not included on your Course Approval Form.
If you register for courses NOT listed on your Course Approval Form submitted with your study abroad application and previously approved by your College advisors, Dept., Chair, and/or Dean or designee, you must request re-approval for any new courses through your College to ensure credit transfer.
The CGE will be happy to assist you with changing your courses. However, prompt communication with our office as well as with your College will be necessary. Final decision about course changes and credit transfer are made by the TU Colleges.
