Having some trouble in a course?  Need a tutor?  The CSAS offers a tutoring program that is designed to assist students with coursework.

Tutoring supplements the learning process but does not replace for your professor. Please contact your professor if you are having problems.

Interested in volunteer work?  Want to get involved in the Tulsa community?  The Tulsa Global Alliance (TGA) provides volunteer opportunities based on the international community in Tulsa, particularly focusing on presenting children in elementary schools with opportunities to experience other cultures through Culture Boxes.

Finalizing Your Program at TU
1.  Come by the CGE and say goodbye to all of us!

2.  Take care of any outstanding bills (library, housing, health center, etc.)

3.  As per our exchange agreements, an official copy of your grade report (transcript) must be sent from TU to your home university for grades/credits to be transferred.  In order to do so, you must sign a form to release this information to Wendy Sheets.  Wendy cannot obtain a transcript for you without your permission!  Simply follow this link  for instructions.  

We recommend that you do this before leaving campus so that you do not have to attempt to do it from home.  The easiest way is to go to the Registration/Records Office (McClure 1st floor –across from the Business Office) directly and complete a ‘Transcript Request Form’ between regular office hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).  Just indicate on this form that you would like one copy to be sent to: Wendy Sheets, Center for Global Education, by campus mail.

If you want/need additional copies of your transcript for any reason, you can indicate on the form how many you want to be sent and where to send them.   Make sure you do not have any outstanding bills (parking tickets, library fees, unpaid housing, etc.), otherwise, the Records Office will not release your transcript!

4.  Donate your gently used household articles (bedding, dishes, TV, etc.) to the CGE closet for the next group of exchange students.
