It is important that you make arrangements with you host school or program for your transcript or final grades to be sent to the CGE office before you leave the country.

Upon receipt of those transcripts, the CGE will facilitate the process with the Registrar’s Office. Credit will then be verified through your College Advisor, who ultimately will post final study abroad credit on your TU record and transcript.  

This process may take some time depending on when the CGE office receives official transcripts from abroad. Please do not expect to see your final credit posted on WebAdvisor immediately upon your return. You may also login to your on-line account with the CGE to track when we receive your transcript.
