Apartment Proxy Authorization Form
If you are unable to attend your designated lottery/selection session, please complete this form to authorize an individual of your choice authorization to select an apartment on your behalf. Upon submittal, this form will be emailed to the apartment office.
A proxy may only select an apartment if you have completed an Apartment Licence Agreement and have a $250 deposit ($200 for current on-campus students) on your student account.

Please inform the designated proxy to bring their TU ID card to the appropriate time and place to select your Apartment. The proxy will also need to be aware of the YOUR assigned lottery number issued when you completed the on-line apartment license. The computer automatically downloads this information to the apartment office along with your license information.
