New Townhouses near HA Chapman Stadium at Skelly Field

Scheduled to open in fall 2007, these units located adjacent to Skelly Field will contain 8 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom/two bath townhouses. These two-story townhouses are on the second and third floors of the buildings. With multiple floor plans below, these unique units are approximately 100 sq. ft bigger than their apartment counterparts. These townhouses will have all the amenities of the apartments.

Rates

2008-2009 New Apartment Fall/Spring Rate Schedule

All Rates are based on dates stipulated on the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates (includes graduate assistants and all 1st year law students) will be prorated on a daily basis. All first and second year students in on-campus housing are required to have a meal plan in the Fall and Spring.

Price Includes: Expanded basic cable TV, wireless & LAN Internet Connection, water, trash & sewer. Resident(s) is (are) responsible for the electric bill with AEP/PSO, and any additional services they would like, including phone service. There is an Apartment Community Fee of $25 per student per semester.

Apartment Summer 2008 Rate Schedule

Please note: Apartment licensed for the Summer Only, will be subject to a $75 turnover fee in addition to the summer rate due to labor requirement for short term occupancy (This fee will be divided between the number of occupants per unit). Rates are based on dates stipulated on the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates (includes all graduate assistants and all 1^st year law students) will be prorated on a daily basis.
