The Housing and Dining Services Staff works to create communities in which residents feel valued and where diversity is appreciated. This community is a place where everyone's voice is heard and recognition is given to member's accomplishments. Residents practice self-governance by working to resolve conflict, holding one another accountable, and working toward common goals.
Residents demonstrate respect by showing courtesy of other's thoughts, feelings, needs, and interests and by recognizing the importance of maintaining a clean and secure physical environment. Students build a community and an environment that is conducive to positive interaction, and have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with one another.
