2006-2007 RATE SCHEDULES:
Rates for University Square, South and West apartments include Local telephone service (with Audix messaging service and one phone number), expanded basic cable TV, access to the campus computer network, water and sewer. Gary Place Apartments include: Expanded basic cable TV, water and sewer, unless noted otherwise. Rates are based on dates stipulated on the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates (including all graduate assistants and 1st year law students) will be prorated on a daily basis.U-Square South & West (Undergraduate Living Community) rates are per semester per student. Each student will be assessed a $25 per semester non-refundable apartment community fee.
