Price Includes: Expanded basic cable TV, wireless & LAN Internet Connection, water, trash & sewer. Resident(s) is (are) responsible for the electric bill with AEP/PSO, and any additional services they would like, including phone service. There is an Apartment Community Fee of $25 per student per semester.

All Rates are based on dates stipulated on the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates (includes graduate assistants and all 1st year law students) will be prorated on a daily basis. All first and second year students in on-campus housing are required to have a meal plan in the Fall and Spring.

2007-2008 Washer/Dryer Rates
Annual Washer/Dryer Rate: $100/semester/apartment 
Academic License Washer/Dryer Rate: $115/semester/apartment
Summer License Washer/Dryer Rate: $75/apartment

Please note: Washer/Dryer units are available for the license term only, and mat not be available for early arrival/extention periods. Washer/Dryer Fees will only be divided among the residents who choose this option on their license.

 Rates are per person for entire summer license period
Please note:  Apartment licensed for the Summer Only, will be subject to a $75 turnover fee in addition to the summer rate due to labor requirement for short term occupancy.  (This fee will be divided between the number of occupants per unit.) Rates are based on dates stipulated on the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates (includes all graduate assistants and all 1st year law students) will be prorated on a daily basis.
