Traditional Apartments

Rates for the Traditional apartments include: Expanded basic cable, gas, water & sewer. Rates are based on dates stipulated on the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates (includes graduate assistants and all 1st year law students) will be prorated on a daily basis.

2007 Traditional Apartment Summer Rate Schedule
Rates are per person for entire summer license period
Please note:  Apartment licensed for the Summer Only, will be subject to a $75 turnover fee in addition to the summer rate due to labor requirement for short term occupancy.  (This fee will be divided between the number of occupants per unit.) Rates are based on dates stipulated on the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates (includes all graduate assistants and all 1st year law students) will be prorated on a daily basis.
