2007-2008 APARTMENT SELECTION
for Current Students wanting an "Summer Only" Apartment License
STEP 1: Complete a License

The Apartment License can be completed on-line by clicking on the "Complete your license" on the left.

If you are not currently living on-campus, you will need to pay your $250 deposit before you can select a unit. You may pay your deposit online by clicking here or you may pay with cash, check, or credit card.


STEP 2: Choose an Apartment

Summer Selection willl be in the University Square Clubhouse.

Once you complete your license, you will be issued a randomly selected number. Only one selection number will be issued per person, in the event you make a mistake on your license , please contact the Apartment office at 631-5248.

ELIGIBILITY


Student apartment occupancy is limited to Traditional/Single students, Graduate or Law Students and Full-time nontraditional students and their immediate family.

The following terms and definitions are used to determine eligibility:

• Your class status is based on the number of completed semesters in residence as of the end of the spring term. You must have completed one year in residence, be 21 years or older, or transfer with residency at another college.

• “Immediate family” is defined to mean dependent children, spouse with or without dependent children or other legal dependents. Only members of an immediate family may reside in University Student Apartments.

• “Legal custody” and “dependent” are defined according to federal and state law.

• “Nontraditional students” are defined as undergraduate (Freshmen over the age of 21) or students residing with and having legal custody of one or more dependent children whose primary residence is with the student.
ROOMMATES

Roommates may use the best number to select their unit. All roommates can be present, or simply sign-up after the process is over. We suggest coming to selection as a group to insure group consensus on the apartment selection.

Residents may share an apartment with roommates who are 21 or older of the opposite sex. If any roommate is under 21, a notorized letter of parental acknowledgment must be submitted prior to or at the time of selection.

If you are unable to attend your assigned time and date, you may select a proxy to attend for you. Simply complete the proxy form using the link to the left.
