Significant Facts
If you're seeking a total college experience, consider living campus living. By choosing to live on campus, you extend learning beyond the classroom. And, you complement your studies by forming meaningful connections with fellow students whose interests and dreams mirror your own.
The University of Tulsa is interested in how resident students can enrich their experiences in an already vibrant campus environment, which is why we have established housing requirements as well as offer a variety of lifestyles to meet the needs of all students. Computer access, the convenience of in-room telephones, study lounges, and recreational outlets are just a few of these. In addition, full-time live-in professional Residence Directors (RD), student Resident Assistants (RA) and Apartment Community Assistants (ACA) work with students to encourage an atmosphere conducive to academic and personal growth. Staff members advise and acquaint students with the resources of the University as well as plan educational and social programs to meet the needs and interests of residents.
Furthermore, leadership opportunities await students who live on campus. Through the Residence Hall Association or by involvement in Hall Governments or the Apartment Council, residents' needs and concerns are conveyed directly to the Office of Housing and Dining Services.
