Transportation Information

We will be happy to arrange transportation for you from Tulsa International Airport to The University of Tulsa or to your hotel. YOU MUST CONTACT US FIVE DAYS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION!!! In order for us to provide transportation, we require the following information:

• Flight number
• Date and time of arrival at Tulsa International Airport
• Your Name

• Calling the ISS office at (918) 631-2329; OR
• Emailing your information to inst@utulsa.edu

If you do not contact the ISS office AT LEAST FIVE DAYS IN ADVANCE, you will have to pay for a taxi to take you to your destination. The following table contains taxi information so you have a way to get from the airport to campus or to your hotel. The name and contact information for each taxi company is listed below, along with the price to get from the airport to campus. The price listed is for one passenger. Additional passengers are an extra $1. In order to get these prices you must call this number and tell them you are a TU student. If you get a cab from the curb it could cost you up to $25 or more.
